Gift vouchers are issued by Sumac Room, a trading entity registered in the United Kingdom.
2. 🍽️ Redemption & Scope of Use
Vouchers are valid only at Sumac Room, Milton Keynes
Can be redeemed against food & drinks consumed on-site
🚫 Not valid for takeaway, delivery, or third-party purchases (unless agreed in writing)
3. 📅 Booking Requirements
Reservations are strongly recommended
Guests must mention voucher use when booking
Present voucher (physical or digital) on arrival
🚫 Failure to notify in advance may result in refusal on the day
4. ⏳ Validity Period
Standard validity: 12 months from issue date
Expiry is final — expired vouchers will not be accepted
5. 🚫 Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Vouchers are non-refundable
Cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash
6. 💷 Partial Redemption
If your spend is less than the voucher value, the balance remains valid until expiry

7. 🔒 Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Customers are responsible for safekeeping
